Eight Enticing Images That Will Make You 中

Grab some napkins — or maybe a bib if you’re like us — because we’re about to make you中.

Next month, Bare Juice Bar will be opening its door in Stuyvesant Plaza, Albany, NY, to offera quick and healthy alternative for someone looking to grab a bite pre or post-workout, or just a little boost of energy to get through the day. Bare will offershakes, acai bowls, smoothies, and juices that are packed with protein, nutrients, superfoods and all the other good stuff that nourish your body. The ingredients are raw, organic, and as fresh as you can make it, palatable for vegans and non-vegans alike.

Bare Owner Jessica Lustig-Fuller explained, “Ive been dedicated to helping people feel their best since I opened The Hot Yoga Spot in 2010. But the biggest component of how you feel and how your body operates is what you are eating. For that reason, Bare menu items will be high in quality and very nutritious. People can expect to see really amazing creations and unique menu items that are completely plant-based and taste delicious.”

She’s true to her words. These photos are corroborating evidence:

Um, will Bare open already because we only have so much中to spare? #GetInOurBellies

And what inspired Jessica to open Bare? She said, “I have been noticing for years that there was no place in the [Albany] area that offered [what Bare will offer]. Big box gyms have protein shakes but are [usually] full of sugar and you have to be a member to grab one. Similarly, smaller cities like Troy and Saratoga offer boutique juice bars, but [are not accessible to people] that dont live or work in the area. My idea was to take a high-end juice bar concept and bring it to Stuyvesant Plaza. This is a win-win because it will help fuel the dedicated students of The Hot Yoga Spot while also servicing people who work and live in the nearby area.”
