Couch To 5K: SUP Edition

If you love the idea of using standup paddling for fitness, but are intimidated by the thought of entering a race, then here is a plan to get you ready! Geared toward complete beginners, my free couch to 5k program will get new paddlers up to distance, gaining speed, and building strength.
