Using a pair of patented “exercise drumsticks” cleverly called Ripstix®, POUND incorporates cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, and plyometrics and isometric poses into a 45-60 minute high-energy workout “to strengthen and sculpt infrequently used muscles and drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique”.

This program is fun-packed, made to get anyone hooked regardless of age or fitness level, and ideal for the average person who doesn’t particularly like the idea of physical fitness.
