Races to Run

Race To Run: Dirty Girl Mud Run (Benefiting Bright Pink!)

Round up your girlfriends for a “girls’ day out” and get down and dirty at the Dirty Girl Mud Run, the world’s largest women-only 5K mud run! With 11 physically-challenging but fun-filled obstacles over the 3.11-mile(ish) course, Dirty Girl Mud Run is certain to make you run, climb, slide, jump, walk, all while laughing with your girlfriends as you get speckled, splattered or totally immersed in mud, from start and all the way to the finish line. This race is DEFINITELY NOT for the automysophobic.

You don’t have to be in tip-top shape to participate in Dirty Girl Mud Run; this fun run is for ALL fitness levels! Whether you want to challenge your physical abilities as a preliminary to a much more serious obstacle race, want to run on behalf of someone you love who’s fighting breast or ovarian cancer, or in memory of someone who has lost their fight to cancer, or are just looking for something out-of-the norm for you and your girlfriends to do, make Dirty Girl Mud Run the race to do. Over 900,000 women of all ages (14+ with parental consent), shapes, sizes, and athletic abilities have done so since its debut in 2011!

Dirty Girl Mud Run has partnered up with Bright Pink!, a national non-profit organization dedicated to the prevention and early detection of breast and ovarian cancer in young women, while providing support for high-risk individuals. As Dirty Girl Mud Run’s national charity partner, Bright Pink! will have presence at all stops during the tour to “reach thousands of young women to encourage education and participation in Bright Pink! initiatives.” Additionally, race participants will have the option to make a $5 donation to this cause during registration, or use the race to fundraise for the cause.
